Shipping Policies
We ship both within the domestic USA and also to international destinations. Additional fees, such as fuel surcharges, may apply. We use sophisticated software to get the most accurate shipping quote in real-time, but we cannot always guarantee that a quote will be available. In the event of any errors, we will contact you with the corrections.

If you are shipping with UPS and you provide us with a valid e-mail address, we will send you a tracking number for your package by e-mail.

IMPORTANT! If you choose a shipping method that does not provide a tracking number, we consider the order to be completed as soon as the package is shipped. Due to potential fraud attempts, we cannot re-ship an order that does not have a tracking number.

Payment Policies
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards. Additionally, we also accept payment by check or money order via mail. Bounced checks are subject to a $25 fee. We do not bill your card until the order has been shipped.

Quality Guarantee & Return Policies
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us in exchange for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs unless we have made a mistake or there is a defect in the product(s). Please notify us in advance if you are planning on returning a product.
